monday CRM alerts aren't posting

TroubleshootingFor adminsReviewed Guides: monday CRM

Something changed on your monday CRM boards, but no alert shows up in the channel you picked.

  • Check alerts are on. If Integrations → CRM shows Alerts are off next to monday CRM, the person who connected it can’t change the Deals and Contacts boards, so Freesbe couldn’t add the webhooks alerts use. Reconnect as a board owner or a monday.com account admin.
  • Check the board. Alerts come from the Deals and Contacts boards Freesbe found when you connected. Items on other boards, such as Leads, don’t post. If you’ve made a new deals board since, reconnect so Freesbe finds it.
  • Check the account. Alerts come from the account named next to monday CRM. Changes in another monday.com account don’t post.
  • Check the alert takes that change. Open the alert’s ⋯ → Edit: is the kind of change ticked (for example Deals moving stage), and is the deal worth at least the Smallest deal to post? A deal with no value is left out when a smallest deal is set.
  • Check the alert is on. An alert marked Off doesn’t post. Choose ⋯ → Turn on.
  • Check the channel. Alerts don’t post into archived channels. Pick another channel with ⋯ → Edit.
  • Send a test alert. Choose ⋯ → Send a test alert. If the sample card shows up, the channel is fine and the filters or monday.com’s side are the reason.
  • Deals moving stage posts when a deal’s Stage column changes.
  • Deals won and Deals lost post when the stage changes to one called Won or Lost.
  • Changes to other columns, such as the value or owner, don’t post on their own.
  • Deleted items don’t post, and a deal that’s moved back before Freesbe reads it posts nothing.

Check monday CRM in Integrations → CRM: if it says Needs reconnecting, monday.com stopped accepting Freesbe’s access. Click Reconnect. Otherwise, email support@freesbe.net with the deal’s link and when it changed.
