Zoho Calendar won't connect

TroubleshootingFor everyoneReviewed Guides: Zoho Calendar

You click Connect Zoho Calendar in Preferences → Notifications → Calendar and it doesn’t finish, or it stops working later.

  • You clicked Reject on Zoho’s page. Click Connect Zoho Calendar again and click Accept.
  • The sign-in took too long. Zoho’s page is good for 15 minutes. Start again from Preferences.
  • You switched Freesbe accounts in another tab. The connection has to finish in the same browser, signed in to the same Freesbe account that started it. Sign back in and start again.

Zoho asks you to sign in to the wrong account

Section titled “Zoho asks you to sign in to the wrong account”

Zoho remembers the last account you used. On Zoho’s sign-in page, click your name and choose Sign in with a different account, or sign out at accounts.zoho.com first. Your Zoho account can be a different one from your Freesbe account.

Zoho stopped accepting Freesbe’s access. That happens when someone removes Freesbe in Zoho (My Account → Connected Apps), when your Zoho account is closed, or when your company’s Zoho admin blocks the app. Click Reconnect in Preferences. If your company blocks it, ask your Zoho admin to allow Freesbe.

  • Freesbe reads your default Zoho calendar. Meetings on other calendars you made in Zoho don’t count. Move them to your default calendar, or make that calendar your default in Zoho Calendar.
  • A canceled meeting disappears from your calendar in Zoho, so it drops off your agenda too, with no message about it.
  • Changes can take up to five minutes to show in your status and Calendar app messages.

That’s expected with Zoho Calendar: Zoho doesn’t let other apps answer invitations for you. Click Open in calendar on the invitation to answer it in Zoho Calendar.
