GoHighLevel alerts aren't posting

TroubleshootingFor adminsReviewed Guides: GoHighLevel

Something changed in GoHighLevel, but no alert shows up in the channel you picked.

  • Check the sub-account. Alerts come from the sub-account named next to GoHighLevel in Integrations → CRM. Changes in another sub-account don’t post: connect that one from the Freesbe workspace of the team that works in it.
  • Check the alert takes that change. Open the alert’s ⋯ → Edit: is the kind of change ticked (for example Opportunities moving stage), and is the opportunity worth at least the Smallest opportunity to post? An opportunity with no value is left out when a smallest opportunity is set.
  • Check the alert is on. An alert marked Off doesn’t post. Choose ⋯ → Turn on.
  • Check the channel. Alerts don’t post into archived channels. Pick another channel with ⋯ → Edit.
  • Send a test alert. Choose ⋯ → Send a test alert. If the sample card shows up, the channel is fine and the filters or GoHighLevel’s side are the reason.
  • Opportunities moving stage posts when an open opportunity moves to another stage.
  • Opportunities won and Opportunities lost post when an opportunity is marked won or lost. Opportunities marked abandoned don’t post.
  • Changes to an opportunity’s value, owner or notes don’t post on their own.
  • Deleted opportunities and contacts don’t post.

Check GoHighLevel in Integrations → CRM: if it says Needs reconnecting, Freesbe was uninstalled in GoHighLevel. Click Reconnect. Otherwise, email support@freesbe.net with the opportunity’s link and when it changed.
