Phone system add-on

Customers call you from a link, free for them.

A Call us link is a page your customers open from a button on your website, a link in an email, a QR code on a receipt or your Telegram bot. They pick who they need, say their name, and the call rings the right people, a phone menu or a call queue in Freesbe, from their browser, with nothing to install and nothing to pay.

  • Turn a visitor into a phone call with one tap, no number to dial and no charge for them.
  • Each button rings the right people, a phone menu or a call queue, so Sales never gets a billing question.
  • Know who's calling before you pick up: their name and the answers you asked for.
  • Put it on your website, in emails, on a QR code at the counter, or in your Telegram bot.
  • Outside business hours the page says you're closed and shows your message instead.

For Shops, clinics, agencies and support teams whose customers would rather call than type.

Make the link in the Admin Center

An owner, admin or Phone admin opens Admin Center, Phone, Call routing, Call us links and adds one. Give it the title customers see, like "How can we help?", then a button for each team: its name, a line under it, and what it rings: people, a voicemail, a phone menu or a call queue, up to five buttons. Keep Their name on under Ask before the call, add any questions your team needs, such as an order number, and create the link.

  • Write the questions in your customers' language
  • A preview of the page sits beside the settings while you edit
  • Follow business hours closes the buttons outside your hours, with your message

Share it anywhere

Under Use it you get the link itself for emails, chats and social profiles, a ready-made website button to paste into your page's HTML, and a QR code for flyers, receipts and the shop counter. On Telegram, choose the link as the Call us button in the Telegram inbox's settings, and customers send /call or tap Call us in the bot's menu.

Take the call like any other

The call rings in Freesbe with the customer's name, Call us link, from the browser under it, and their answers below, so whoever picks up already knows what it's about. It goes to the people, phone menu or queue the button names, follows your business hours, and shows up in the call log. Calls are free for the customer; your workspace pays for the minutes like its other calls.

Questions

Which plans include Call us links?
Any paid plan with the Phone system add-on, which brings numbers, call flows, queues and voicemail. The add-on's price is on the pricing page.
What does it cost the customer?
Nothing. They call from their browser, on a phone or a computer, with no number to dial and no app to install. Your workspace pays by the minute, like its other calls.
Can a button ring a queue or a phone menu?
Yes. Each button rings people, a voicemail, a phone menu or a call queue, so Sales can go to a ring group and Support to the queue with its wait music and hold position.
What if the customer can't hear or be heard?
Their browser needs the microphone. They tap Call again and allow it. Many calls from the same network in a short time are paused for a minute or two.
