Freesbe

Your internal tools, behind your team's sign-in.

Microsoft Entra ID P1 is $7 per user a month billed yearly, with conditional access and passwordless sign-in. Sign in with Freesbe makes your workspace the identity provider for your own tools over OpenID Connect, with passkeys, phone approval and your MFA rules, on every plan. Teams on Microsoft can still sign in to Freesbe with Microsoft.

  • Give a wiki or dashboard a login without setting up a directory.
  • Sign in with a passkey or a tap on the phone, no password to reset.
  • Require a second step for the whole workspace, at sign-in or on a timer.
  • Keep using your Microsoft account to sign in to Freesbe.

For Small teams that don't run Microsoft 365 but need logins for a few tools.

Confirm it's you: Northwind Dashboard asks each time you sign in, with the number 47 to tap on the phone

Passkeys and a tap on the phone

People sign in to Freesbe with a passkey, or by tapping the number on screen in the phone app and confirming with a fingerprint or face. Scan a QR code to sign the phone app in, and see every open session.

Rules for the whole workspace

Require a second step on Business, Corporate and Enterprise, checked at sign-in, each time Freesbe opens or every 12 hours, day or week. Require Google or Microsoft sign-in on Corporate and Enterprise. Admin roles split the Admin Center between billing, phone, people and helpdesk on Corporate and Enterprise.

Where Entra ID is the better fit

Entra ID is the directory behind Microsoft 365 and Windows: device sign-in, conditional access by location and device, SAML and provisioning to thousands of apps, and identity protection on P2. A company that runs on Microsoft 365 already has it, and should keep it; it can still be how people sign in to Freesbe.
