Freesbe

The time clock where your team already talks.

Homebase is scheduling and time tracking priced per location: free for one location and up to 10 employees, then from $30 per location a month. Freesbe's punch clock sits in the team chat: clock in, take breaks and clock out from the sidebar, fix your own timesheet, and export hours and overtime as a CSV. It's on Business, Corporate and Enterprise.

  • Clock in where messages already arrive, with no second app.
  • Let people fix a missed clock-out, with the reason kept.
  • Count overtime by day and week, and hand payroll a CSV.

For Shops, clinics and offices that pay some people by the hour.

Clock in from the sidebar

A clock card sits above each person's name: Clock in, Break, Back to work, Clock out. The desktop app has the same buttons in its tray menu. It records only those, never activity, apps or screens.

Hours and overtime for payroll

Admins see who is on the clock now and a weekly table with overtime and missing clock-outs flagged. Set when overtime starts and whether breaks are paid, then download a CSV for any dates, one row per shift or per day.
