Calls with transcripts, in the app you already talk in.

Dialpad Connect is a phone and meetings product with real-time transcripts from $15 per user a month billed yearly, with CRM integrations on its $25 Pro plan. Freesbe's phone system is an add-on to a workspace that already has chat, meetings and an inbox, with call transcripts and notes, menus, queues, voicemail you can read and click-to-call from four CRMs.

  • Read the transcript and notes of every call, next to the channel where the team talked about it.
  • Get menus, call flows, ring groups, queues and business hours with the add-on, not a bigger plan.
  • Click to call from four CRMs, and post their alerts into the channel.
  • Start free with up to 10 people for the chat, then add the phone to Business.

For Sales and support teams of 2 to 50 who want the phone inside the chat, not another window.

Notes from a phone call, with a summary and action items

The call lands where the team already is

Each person gets a number and a dialpad in the app they chat in. A call rings the computer and the phone, can be transferred to a colleague, an extension or a queue, merged into a three-way call, and recorded. Voicemail is written out in the app, and the call's transcript and notes are a click away.

Transcripts and notes, for calls and meetings alike

Transcribe a phone call and get who said what, a summary, the decisions and the action items a minute or two after it ends. The same happens for huddles and meetings, so a customer's call and the internal follow-up are written up the same way, in the same place. Admins decide who can record and how long recordings are kept.

Click-to-call from your CRM, and a call-us link for customers

A phone number in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM becomes a call in Freesbe with one click. A call-us link on your site or in a signature starts a call from the customer's browser. Emergency calling (E911) is included, with each person's address on file, and your existing numbers can be ported in.

Where Dialpad is the better fit

Dialpad Connect transcribes in real time during the call, and Dialpad Support and Dialpad Sell are full contact-center and sales products with coaching and analytics. A floor that lives on live transcription and agent coaching, or needs an enterprise SSO and multi-office setup from the vendor, may be better served there.

Questions

Does Freesbe transcribe calls?
Yes. A phone call, a huddle or a meeting can be transcribed, and the notes with a summary, decisions and action items arrive a minute or two after it ends. The transcript says who said what and can be searched.
Can I move from Dialpad?
Your numbers can be ported to Freesbe from the Admin Center. Call history and recordings stay in Dialpad; menus, ring groups and hours are set up again in the Admin Center.
What does the phone cost on Freesbe?
Phone system add-on, $8 per person a month, billed yearly ($10 month to month), on any paid plan, on top of $4 per person a month (Business). It includes 1,000 minutes and 200 texts per person a month, pooled across the workspace. The add-on isn't on sale yet; talk to us to be first.
Does it work on my mobile?
Yes. The Freesbe app on iPhone and Android makes and takes calls on your number, with a keypad, recent calls, voicemail and transfers.
