- What is a private instance?
- A copy of Freesbe that runs for your organization alone, with its own database, file storage, sign-in directory and web address, kept in the EU or the US. Your people use the same Freesbe apps on desktop, web and phone.
- How is it priced?
- Enterprise seats for your people, plus a yearly platform fee for the level of privacy you choose. One contract, billed by invoice. Talk to us for a quote.
- Can you install Freesbe on our own servers?
- No. Freesbe is a cloud service, and a private instance is the way to get a Freesbe of your own. We run it, update it and watch over it for you.
- Do we get new features as soon as everyone else?
- Yes, after they've passed our tests. With an isolated deployment you can choose to get them a week later, on a schedule you can see.
- Can we move an existing workspace into a private instance?
- Yes. Tell us when you'd like to move and we'll agree a time with you. You can also bring your history from Slack.
