A call center for a team of three, not thirty.

Aircall is a call center for support and sales teams from $30 per license a month billed yearly, with a three-user minimum. Freesbe's phone system and call center are add-ons to a workspace with chat, meetings and a customer inbox: queues, menus, recordings with notes, click-to-call from your CRM and texts as threads, with no seat minimum.

  • Run queues with agents, breaks, a supervisor who listens in and a live board.
  • Keep the customer's call, their web chat and their email in the same channel.
  • Click to call from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, and log the call there.
  • Start with one or two people; there's no seat minimum.

For Support and sales teams under 50 who want the call center next to the chat and the inbox.

The call center board with queues, agents and waiting callers

Queues with a board the supervisor watches

A call queue answers with its next free agent. Agents take breaks from a menu, supervisors see who's talking, who's waiting and for how long, and can listen in. Call center reports show answered and missed calls by queue and by person. All of it is set up in the Admin Center and lives in the same app as the chat.

Click-to-call from your CRM, and a call-us link for customers

A phone number in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM becomes a call in Freesbe with one click. A call-us link on your site or in a signature starts a call from the customer's browser. Emergency calling (E911) is included, with each person's address on file, and your existing numbers can be ported in.

The customer's other messages, in the same channel

The customer inbox brings web chat, support email, texts to your numbers, WhatsApp and Telegram into a channel as threads, with hand-off, internal notes, saved replies and AI suggested answers. A call's recording, transcript and notes sit beside them, so the next person sees the whole story.

Where Aircall is the better fit

Aircall has a power dialer, outbound campaigns, voicemail drop, call whispering and barge, queue callback, AI voice agents and 250+ integrations, and its Professional plan adds Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. A sales floor that dials lists all day, or a support team that needs those coaching tools, is better served by Aircall.

Questions

Does Freesbe have a call center?
Yes: queues, agents with breaks, supervisors who listen in, a live board and reports, with the Call center add-on on top of the Phone system add-on.
Can I move from Aircall?
Your numbers can be ported to Freesbe from the Admin Center. Call history, recordings and Aircall's settings don't import; queues, menus and hours are set up again.
Is there a seat minimum?
No. One person can have the phone system; the call center add-on is priced per agent you choose.
Does it log calls in the CRM?
Click-to-call starts the call from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM, and the CRM integrations post their alerts to a channel and let you log an activity from a message.
