Each card shows the amount, what it's worth in US dollars at Kraken's price, which of your wallets it touched, who sent it or where it went, and a View transaction button that opens it on the network's block explorer. When money moves between two of your own wallets, the card names them instead of showing an address. A bitcoin payment posts as soon as it's seen, marked Waiting for a block, and the same card changes to Confirmed once it's mined.
Pick the network, paste the wallet's address and give it a name people recognize, like Treasury cold wallet. Freesbe follows BTC on Bitcoin; ETH, USDC and USDT on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum and Optimism; the native coin plus USDC and USDT on Polygon, BNB Chain and Avalanche; SOL, USDC and USDT on Solana; and TRX, USDT and USDC on Tron. Other tokens are mostly spam, so they're left out. The same address can be watched on more than one network.

Post money in, money out, or both, to a channel of your choice; a private channel for the finance team works best, and wallets posting there are visible only to admins who are in it. Set the smallest amount to post, in dollars, to leave out dust. Add up to five balance alerts per wallet, like USDT drops below 10,000, each posting once when the balance crosses the line. A daily summary posts every wallet's balances and the total at the hour you pick.
