Partner program terms

Last updated November 5, 2026 · Version 1.0

These Partner Program Terms are between Freesbe, Inc. ("Freesbe", "we") and the company that applies to the Freesbe partner program ("you", the "Partner"). You accept them when you apply on freesbe.net/partners/. The person who applies confirms they may agree for the company. Your use of Freesbe itself, including any workspace you build in, is covered by the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.

The short version

  • The program is free. Applying doesn't promise a listing; we decide what we list.
  • Your integration is your product: you build it, support it and answer for it to your customers.
  • Use customers' Freesbe data only to do what your integration says, and only with their permission.
  • We may use your name and logo for your listing; you may use the badge to link to it.
  • Either of us can end it at any time. We'll take the listing down.

This summary is here to help you read. Where it and the terms differ, the terms apply.

1. The program

The partner program lets you tell us about an integration you build with Freesbe's public interfaces (apps, the API and webhooks, the MCP server and Sign in with Freesbe, together the "Interfaces"). If we approve it, we may list it on freesbe.net with a page about it and a link to your site. The program is free. We may change or end the program, or what partners get from it, at any time.

2. Review and listing

  • We review each application and may ask questions, ask to try the integration, or decline it, at our discretion. We don't have to give a reason, though we try to.
  • We write the listing from what you send us and show it to you before it goes live. We decide its wording, design and where it appears, and we may change or remove it at any time.
  • A listing means your integration meets our review at the time. It is not an endorsement, a certification or a promise that it works, and you won't say otherwise.
  • Tell us when something we list changes: what it does, what it asks for, its name or your contact details.

3. Your integration

  • You build, run, support and are responsible for your integration and anything you offer with it, including your own terms and privacy policy for your customers.
  • Your integration follows the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and our developer guides, asks only for the scopes it needs, and doesn't get around a limit or a security control.
  • Don't say or suggest that Freesbe makes, sells or supports your integration, or that you're part of Freesbe.
  • We may change the Interfaces. We try to give notice of changes that break integrations, but we can't promise it.

4. Customer data

  • Access a Freesbe workspace only with its owner's or admin's permission, and use what you get only to provide what your integration says it does.
  • Don't sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models for anyone else, and keep it no longer than you need it.
  • Protect it with reasonable security. If you learn of unauthorized access to it, tell the affected customers and us at legal@freesbe.net without undue delay.
  • You are responsible to your customers for the data your integration handles, under the laws that apply to you.

5. Names, logos and the badge

You let us use your company's name, your integration's name, your logo and the material you send us, to list and describe your integration on freesbe.net and when we talk about Freesbe's integrations. While you are listed, you may use the Works with Freesbe badge, unchanged and as shown on freesbe.net/partners/, to link to your listing. Apart from that, neither of us gets any right to the other's names, logos or trademarks. Each of us keeps what it owns.

6. Ending it

You can leave the program at any time by emailing us; we'll take your listing down. We can end your participation or take down your listing at any time, for example if your integration stops working, breaks these terms or puts customers at risk. When it ends, stop using the badge. Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8 continue after it ends.

7. No warranties, and limits

The program, the listing and the badge are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Freesbe is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits from the program, and our total liability under these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars. You will defend Freesbe against claims by third parties that arise from your integration, and pay what a court awards or a settlement you agree to requires.

8. General

These terms don't make us partners in a legal sense, joint venturers, employees or agents of each other, and neither of us pays the other anything under them. We may update them; we'll post the new version here and, if the change matters, email the contact on your application, and the new version applies once it's posted. Section 16 (Disputes) and Section 18 (General terms) of the Terms of Service apply to these terms too. Questions: legal@freesbe.net.
