Integrations
Connect Freesbe to thousands of apps, without code.
Freesbe works with Zapier, Make, n8n and Zoho Flow. Flows start the moment something happens in Freesbe, like a new message, a mention of the bot, a new person or a recording being ready. They can send messages and DMs, add reactions, make channels and find people, channels and messages, all as the tool's own bot.
Connect in a minute
An owner or admin clicks Connect next to Zapier, Make, n8n or Zoho Flow in Workspace settings, Integrations, Automation, and pastes the API key into the tool. Self-hosted n8n works too, with the Freesbe community node.
Triggers that fire right away
Freesbe sends each event to the tool the moment it happens, so flows don't wait for a polling interval. Triggers listening lists every flow that's switched on, with its channel and tool.
- New message, new mention of the bot, new reaction and new file
- New channel and new person
- Meeting scheduled and recording ready
Actions as the tool's own bot
Send a message or a direct message, reply in a thread, post a card with buttons, add a reaction or make a channel. Each tool posts as its own bot, so nobody's account is borrowed, and it only hears channels it's in.
Questions
- What can I build?
- Post every new Acme Corp deal from your CRM into #sales, file a ticket when someone mentions the bot, add new teammates to your HR system the day they join, or send every recorded meeting's notes to a shared folder.
- Does the bot see every channel?
- No. It joins public channels you pick in a flow, and you add it to private channels and DMs yourself. It never sees more than a member in the same channels would.
- Does it work with Zoho's apps?
- Yes. Zoho Flow connects Freesbe to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People and the rest of Zoho's apps, and hundreds of others. Freesbe also has its own Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books and Zoho Calendar apps.
- What if the API key leaks?
- Click New API key. The old one stops working straight away, and you paste the new one into the tool's connection.
