Zabbix problems, where your team already talks.
Freesbe's Zabbix integration posts each problem from your triggers into the channel you pick, as one card with its severity, host, value and tags. The card keeps up with Zabbix: it shows who acknowledged it, and turns green when the problem is resolved. With an API token, anyone in the channel can acknowledge or close the problem from the card.
One card per problem, kept current
No more scrolling through a problem, three updates and a recovery to find out where things stand. Each problem gets one card, and Zabbix's updates change it in place.

Acknowledge and close without leaving the chat
Give Freesbe a Zabbix API token, and Acknowledge and Close problem buttons appear on every open card. Zabbix records who pressed them.
A live problems board, pinned
One card at the top of the alert channel lists everything open right now, worst first, with how long it's been open and who's on it. It changes as problems come and go.
Ask Zabbix from the chat, with AI
Type /zabbix to see what's open, /zabbix host web-02 for a host's CPU, memory and disks, or ask a question in your own words and get an answer from Zabbix's data.

The right problems in the right channel
Pick a severity for each channel, and connect Zabbix more than once to send databases to one channel and production to another.
Questions
- Which versions of Zabbix work?
- Zabbix 6.0 and later, on your own servers or in the cloud. You import Freesbe's media type, add it to a user, and send to that user from a trigger action.
- Does Freesbe need to reach our Zabbix server?
- Only for the Acknowledge and Close buttons, /zabbix host, and the full history behind reports and questions. Zabbix sends problems to Freesbe, so the cards and the live problems board work even when your Zabbix frontend isn't reachable from the internet.
- What about Grafana, PagerDuty, Datadog or Sentry?
- Grafana, Prometheus Alertmanager, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Datadog, Sentry, Better Stack, New Relic, Uptime Kuma and UptimeRobot are in the same Monitoring category. Any other tool can post into a channel through an incoming webhook.
