# Connect ZoomInfo to Freesbe

Source: https://freesbe.net/knowledge/connect-zoominfo/

> See who's calling or writing in, their job title and company, from your ZoomInfo account. Create API credentials and paste them in Integrations, Data enrichment.

Connect ZoomInfo and Freesbe shows who a customer is, their job title and their company, next to
their conversation and on their call. ZoomInfo looks people up by email address and by phone
number. You need to be a Freesbe owner or admin, and a ZoomInfo plan with API access.

## 1. Create API credentials

1. Sign in to the ZoomInfo Developer Portal with an admin account and create an app for Freesbe.
2. Give it access to **Contact Enrich** and **Company Enrich**.
3. Under the app's client credentials, copy the **Client ID** and the **Client secret**.

## 2. Connect it

1. Open **Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Integrations → Data enrichment**.
2. Click **Connect** next to **ZoomInfo**.
3. Paste the **Client ID** and the **Client secret**, and click **Connect**.
4. **On** shows next to ZoomInfo.

Choose **Try it**, type a customer's email address or phone number and click **Look up** to see
their card.

## Credits

Each person Freesbe looks up uses ZoomInfo credits. Freesbe keeps what it found for 30 days, so
each customer is looked up once a month at most. See [Credits](https://freesbe.net/docs/data-enrichment/#credits) to
look up only when your team asks.

## If something's wrong

- **Freesbe says ZoomInfo didn't accept the credentials.** Check you copied both values from the
  same app.
- **ZoomInfo says Not working.** The secret was rotated or the app was removed. Paste the new
values with **⋯ → Change key**.
- **ZoomInfo says Needs attention: out of credits.** Your ZoomInfo credit limit was reached. Ask
your ZoomInfo admin to raise it.

See [Who your customers are, from your data provider](https://freesbe.net/docs/data-enrichment/) for more.
