# Connect People Data Labs to Freesbe

Connect People Data Labs and Freesbe shows who a customer is, their job title and their company,
next to their conversation and on their call. People Data Labs looks people up by email address
and by phone number. You need to be a Freesbe owner or admin, and a People Data Labs account. The
free plan works for trying it out.

## 1. Copy your API key

In the People Data Labs dashboard, open **API keys** and copy your key, or create one for Freesbe.

## 2. Connect it

1. Open **Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Integrations → Data enrichment**.
2. Click **Connect** next to **People Data Labs**, paste the **API key** and click **Connect**.
3. **On** shows next to People Data Labs.

Choose **Try it**, type a customer's email address or phone number and click **Look up** to see
their card.

## Credits

People Data Labs charges a credit only for a match. Freesbe asks only for confident matches and
keeps what it found for 30 days. See [Credits](https://freesbe.net/docs/data-enrichment/#credits) to look up only
when your team asks.

## If something's wrong

- **People Data Labs says Needs attention: out of credits.** Your monthly credits ran out. Add
  more in the dashboard, or they come back at the start of your next billing month.
- **People Data Labs says Not working.** The key was deleted. Create a new one and choose
  **⋯ → Change key**.
