# Connect Lusha to Freesbe

Connect Lusha and Freesbe shows who a customer is, their job title and their company, next to
their conversation. Lusha looks people up by email address, so it works for customer inbox
conversations, not for calls from unknown numbers. You need to be a Freesbe owner or admin, and a
Lusha plan with API access.

## 1. Copy your API key

In Lusha, open **Settings → API** and copy your API key. Only Lusha admins see it.

## 2. Connect it

1. Open **Workspace settings → Integrations & apps → Integrations → Data enrichment**.
2. Click **Connect** next to **Lusha**, paste the **API key** and click **Connect**.
3. **On** shows next to Lusha.

Choose **Try it**, type a customer's email address and click **Look up** to see their card.

## Credits

Each person Freesbe looks up uses Lusha credits. Freesbe never asks Lusha to reveal emails or
phone numbers, which cost more, and keeps what it found for 30 days. See

## If something's wrong

- **Lusha says Not working.** The key was regenerated. Copy the new one and choose
  **⋯ → Change key**.
- **Lusha says Needs attention: out of credits.** Add credits in Lusha, or move another provider
  first with **⋯ → Ask later**.
